Honestly nothing too much trouble. Quiet venue, fabulous food, unbeatable location in the heart of the city. Compact and heated rooms, best staff especially Manager. Extremely comfy bed, central heating and an electronic key card.

had a brilliant stay with my husband, we spent 1 night here, everything was excellent. the staff were extremely friendly and best, no complaints. this accommodation was in the very central location in the heart of the city.

The hotel is beautifully designed and modern. the staff, especially the Manager, are very friendly. the location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It's convenient to go everywhere. Being just 200 meters away from Kimchee was great; we really enjoyed our meal there.
